“I’ll be honest – I was skeptical at first when I saw Eric’s program. I’ve done this before – and it’s always been about meticulously calculating everything I ate by weighing and measuring my food and counting calories. Eric’s approach is different: he advised that I focus on building habits and skills and focusing on consistency. Instead of having to count calories, he has shown me how to build my meals around foods that will make me look, feel, and perform my best. I’ve now lost 18 pounds on the program while gaining muscle and strength – and I feel great! This is the first time I’ve been under 200 pounds since I got married two years ago.
The workouts leave me feeling stronger and more capable of taking on whatever life throws my way – and as a husband and father with a new baby at home, this is very important to me.
